Fuel-saving thermostat (cycling)

The Fuel-Saving Thermostat, available in VMC - FS controllers offered with all compatible models and EnControl offered with the H2 models, features a system that completely halts the heating process and engages in cycles to maintain a consistent room temperature. Utilizing hysteresis, the VMC thermostat discontinues heating when the ambient temperature is approximately 3°C above the desired level and resumes a new heating cycle as the temperature falls roughly 2°C below the set point. This thermostat is particularly effective for warming smaller areas but is versatile enough to be used in spaces of any size.

Battery-saving thermostat (non-cycling)

The VMC - BS controllers offered with all compatible models and EnControl offered with the H4 models incorporates a thermostat that reduces to the lowest heating power after achieving the set temperature, never ceasing operation unless manually turned off. This approach minimizes electrical consumption and noise by maintaining minimal heating power, potentially leading to overheating if the space's heat loss does not match or exceed the reduced heating output. Opening roof vents or similar actions can balance the heat. Ideal for larger areas with significant heat dissipation, this thermostat ensures the maintenance of the target temperature with automatic heating power adjustments for temperature fluctuations.

3rd party thermostat

Rotary Controller EXT allows connection to the thermostat of your choice. Simply connect the two conductors to the relay system that opens or closes based on specified logic. The benefit of this system is that the disconnection of the circuit activates the full cooling cycle protecting your heating unit from overheating. You can even connect to the smart home systems or smar thermostats. As an example, you can use the advanced smart thermostats from the third party vendors like Sonoff TH Elite, among many others.

* Prior to reaching the set temperature, both cycling and non-cycling thermostatic modes operate at the highest heating capacity, which gradually reduces upon reaching the desired temperature.

* Each controller also provides a fixed power setting, allowing manual adjustment of the heating intensity within a specified range, from minimum to maximum, through several increments.

* The VMC FS & BS controller includes an external ambient temperature sensor for precise temperature measurement at the specified location.

You can even buy both wireless remotes, but only one can be paired with each unit at the time.

Please inspect the condition of your components and use the particular parts only if the condition and age of these parts does not alter its function or cause a safety risk. We recommend a complete cleaning of sediments in the existing fuel system / exhaust system and duct system or replacement of the fuel filter for new. You must not alter, modify or exchange any components inside the main heating unit or any electrical components. Warranty can be voided if the defect of the heating unit is directly related of use with non-original component.

All white tanks below are made of transparent plastic and are not suitable for use in direct sunlight. UV exposure can cause a chemical reaction that degrades the quality of the diesel, potentially causing permanent damage to the fuel pump or fuel injection system. If your tank will be exposed to direct sunlight, please choose a different tank.

Please select the total length of the duct hoses. The duct is sold per linear metre, but we can cut for you an exact length with minimum step 0.1m. You should always choose the diameter matching the air inlet hood (for blowing hot air) and air intake for suction of the cold air.
